Three Hearts Support is run by Tanya. We only ever use your information to help you — this page explains, in plain terms, what we collect and what we do with it.
Who we are
Three Hearts Support is the “data controller” for the information you share with us through this website. If you have any questions about your data, contact us at hello@threeheartssupport.co.uk or on 01379 830 660.
What we collect
- When you use our contact form: your name, email address, your phone number (if you choose to give it), and the message you write.
- Basic technical information: like most websites, our server keeps short-lived logs that may include your IP address, purely to keep the site running and secure. We don’t use these to identify you.
We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising, or any tracking on this website. The fonts and everything else load from our own server, so no third parties are notified when you visit.
Why we use it
We use the details you send us only to respond to your enquiry and, if you go on to use our support, to arrange and provide it. Our lawful basis under UK data protection law is our legitimate interest in replying to messages you send us, and taking steps at your request before providing any service.
Who we share it with
We never sell your information, and we never use it for marketing. We share it only with the trusted services that help us operate, and only so they can provide that service to us:
- Resend — delivers our contact-form emails to us (processed in the EU / Ireland).
- Zoho Mail — hosts our email inbox (EU).
- DigitalOcean — provides the server this website runs on, hosted in their London (UK) data centre.
All of these providers store your information within the UK or EU. We won’t share your information with anyone else unless the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry messages only as long as we need them. If you don’t go on to use our support, we delete your enquiry within 4 weeks. If you become a client, we keep relevant records for as long as we support you and for a reasonable period afterwards.
Your rights
You have the right to ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. To do any of these, just email hello@threeheartssupport.co.uk and we’ll help. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data.
Keeping it safe
We use appropriate measures to protect your information. Access to your enquiries is limited to Tanya and the person who maintains this website on her behalf.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your data, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
